I play WoW... and I play it a lot. I also know that the reason starcraft is so popular as an esport is because of how balanced it is.

Well to be honest, the teams that were shown were pretty awful compared to good American teams. IE: double melee team never killing water elemental or even understanding the basic strategy of the matchup.... Their druid is pretty awful and does a terrible job of actually cc'ing people. Not only that, but the druid is way too slow in reacting to target swaps which leads to the rogues death in both games.

There are many problems with this. a 1v1 format in WoW is really quite RNG and these players are really sub par. The commentating is really lacking if GOM wants to generate any interest for such competative WOW.

this doesn't appear to have been broadcast live; i saw runeblade on the kr gomtv site a few days before it showed up here. that's probably another reason why the commentator didn't sound as lively as tasteless.
