Well, I think Effort is on the level where if he wins the rock-paper-scissors early gamble, he is most likely to keep that advantage.Most other zergs can't.
On the other hand, if both players go for mirror builds, JD would still destroy Effort.

Nice spot DeCaY! Seems jaedong did forget his overlord @ 18 supply. you see him stuck there for ages and then it goes to 20, and the camera moves down to reveal the newly hatched overlord... :( rookie mistake really!

nice conceal by jdong. Effort waited for the overlord to see his expo, then morphed into drones, not lings. Bad follow through though...I guess he thought he hurt effort more than he did. It would have been easier just to keep reinforcing, considering that effort was using a lot of drones for defense. Jdong got too overconfident maybe, and made the same mistake of trying to get a lot of drones after the attack to out-econ, only to be overrun.

Anyone else feel like Jaedong could've EASILY won just by pumping zerglings? He had 12 lings to Effort's 2... all he had to do was keep making lings and then gg Effort. I have no idea why anyone would 12hatch on a 2player map... Jaedong should've had that easily.

I don't agree at all that withholding his first 6 lings for another 20ish seconds was helpful at all.. if he'd arrived that much earlier could have done so much more damage..
