2013.02.26 Dear GOMTV.net users, We've received reports of how our "Ratings" system is affecting the experience for some users. About 550 users have participated in the Video "Ratings" Feature Survey, and here are the results! Many users have left comments about hiding "Ratings" feature regardless of their choice. We value your opinion and will do our best to be able to offer 'Hide Ratings' option in the near future. - 2013.03.20 Thanks for working on "Hide Ratings" option! As others said in this topic, it would be great to have an option to hide video lengths as well - seeing them really takes away an excitement of not knowing whether I'm going to see a "rush" or a "macro game"...

You are forgetting that most ppl watching the english stream are no where near the Korean time zone. It is totally impractical to expect everyone to stay up until 3-4am to watch the games live while we have work / school / life early the next morning. Our only option is to watch the VODs. In this case, information that could potentialiy spoil the matches for daytime VOD viewers should NOT* be encouraged.

- 2013.03.11 Put in an option to to now show the ratings if you don't want to see them. Sometimes when there's a huge upset over a fan favorite viewers will give it a rating of 1 just because they are upset they lost which makes it appear like it was a bad match when it was good.

- 2013.03.02 Allow us to turn them on and off. They are useful for searching for good games to watch when we are bored. However, when we are about to watch an important match, they ruin the game! Here is how I think you should implement this: 1) During VOD playback, hide the ratings under a button located where the ratings are right now. If we want to see the rating or rate it, then we can click that button to display the rating and the "Rate it" option. 2) When we are browsing videos, in the video list (Schedule or Videos) default the ratings to Hidden but allow us to Show them (like how we can show comments) so that we can browse to find good games to watch when we are bored.

I second this, please add the option to hide timer as well, the reason why so many people like to watch SC2 is because the games are exciting and so violatile that you don't often know what will happen next, all these potential sources of spoilers ruins the experience for many viewers.
