2012.09.14 Hello, I'm having a problem renewing my premium monthly subscription which expired on 2012/09/12. I attempt to buy a new monthly subscription ticket, only for the site to prompt me that I already have one. However, when I go to watch VODs, it tells me I need a ticket. I would really appreciate any help with this Catch 22. Thank you

- 2012.09.16 Don't take my word completely on this but if I remember correctly, if your subscription lapses (at least with paypal which is what I use) you can't order a new sub for 30 days. The only way I can think of around it is to create a new account to purchase the monthly sub again. Your best method however is to contact support@GOMTV.net via email and they are very good at getting back within a few days. Wish I could be of more help. Best of luck to you.
