2012.08.11 So i was out of the country for 6 days, i miss the WCS coupon code, and i have 2 yearly tickets. I look for the Season ticket, i can't seem to buy it to watch the Vod's. It says buy premium or premium+, i do it. And still nothing. What has gone from free, turns out to be 45$ down the drain. Would it be possible to get the coupon again?

- 2012.08.25 I'm also in this boat... I was traveling the entire time from when they announced the coupon until it was expired. And of course they didn't email a notification or anything... I finally just caught up with GSL 3 and GSTL 2 and ready to watch the WCS... but no iPod access and no "fresh" game access. Premium+ yearly sub. |

- 2012.08.17 In the same boat here. I don't really understand why the code has an expiry date to begin with. I don't see myself buying this for 15 bucks unfortunately, 5 bucks I would have gotten it for sure. Waiting to hear from gomtv, their support is usually really quick but not having that experience this time. |

- 2012.08.17 I tried mailing two days ago, and they still have not gotten back to me. I am not content with the way this is being done. I would have gladly paid an extra 20$ at the time of the yearly subscription to get a yearly subscription, but this feels like a way to cheat us paying customers out of what we already paid for. GOM probably know that people like me would rather spend the extra money to get hold of these games, than not watching the games at all. Overall, I am very disappointed with how this is handled. You are not exactly building for long-term customer relationships with this treatment. |

- 2012.08.13 Hi, I'm in the same boat. I have yearly GSL and GSTL tickets but I was out of the country for the start of WCS and missed my opportunity to use my coupon which has now "expired". I'd really like to be able to save $15 on my WCS ticket, I have emailed support@gomtv.net but I haven't heard back yet... |
