Enjoy great matches between KeSPA Team Players and GSL Team Players once a week for 4 weeks! Details: - Theme: StarCraft II Ready Action - Cross Match - Broadcast Schedule: Airing live every Monday from July 9th for 4 weeks - Hosted in Korean by Jung Jin-Ho and Hwang Young-Jae UPDATE English Broadcast: - Ready Action will be streamed live with English commentary on GOMTV.net - English commentary by Khaldor and Wolf - HQ quality stream will be available for monthly premium subscription ticket holders - Free SQ quality stream will be available for all users - VODs: Available for free in HQ on the day after the broadcast on GOMTV's official YouTube Channel Players: - 2 players: From teams who belong to the Korean e-Sports Association (KeSPA) - 2 players: From teams who belong to the e-Sports Federation or have participated in the GSTL - Each player will be from a different team Format: - Match 1: KeSPA Team Player A vs e-Sports Federation/GSTL Team Player A - Match 2: KeSPA Team Player B vs e-Sports Federation/GSTL Team Player B - Match 3: Match 1 Winner vs Match 2 Winner - All matches are best of 3 Player identities: - Match 1 and Match 2: Player IDs and teams will be anonymous - Match 3: Both players’ teams will be revealed - Match 3 Winner: The player's ID will be revealed Mappool: - 1st week: Entombed Valley, Ohana, Daybreak Thank you. - 2012.07.22 Just to echo the sentiment already expressed ... I have yearly tickets for GSL and GSTL but when I click HQ live it says this is only for yearly ticket holders. Seems confusing. Also there's no option to buy a ticket just for this? Very weird. AMAZING idea for a show though. Very very original thinking from GOM, keep up the good work!

- 2012.07.17 There are two reasons I think GOMtv should make HQ Live available to Yearly Premium subscribers. 1. There is no option to buy a Ready Action Cross Match ticket (like Arena of Legends had). 2. The YouTube VOD with English commentary is in 720p (so I might as well just wait to watch it the next day). I would buy a ticket to Ready Action Cross Match if I could, but when you already have a yearly sub like me there's no reason to get a monthly one :P lol Anyway, I figured I'd share my thoughts on the subject. I understand that the monthly sub comes with extra tournaments and that the yearly does not, but when there is no extra option to buy it (as a yearly subscriber), it seems silly. I also wanted to say that the SQ free Live stream being on Twitch.tv was awesome :) I've always wished GOMtv would do this more often, as I feel like it would be a good way to draw in more business/viewers for them. No matter what happens with this I still love GOMtv and everyone there :) We should all be thanking them for even bringing us a Ready Action Cross Match stream in English (as I know this was planned to be Korea only at first).

- 2012.07.16 I am super pissed that I paid for an annual subscription and now have to watch one of the events in nearly-unwatchable SQ. Or do you expect me to now pay for a second monthly ticket in addition to the annual ticket I already bought? You've basically made it impossible for me to watch one of your events in HQ even though I paid for an HQ annual ticket. I was pretty annoyed when I found out that GSL and GSTL were separate tickets, but ok. Adding an event that I can't even reasonably get access to is just stupid. This isn't how you treat someone who showed faith in you and put up a big chunk of money in advance to support your league.

I don't know if that means I have to buy another ticket to watch this in HQ but if it does... then thats a little outragious. I mean I guess I can understand the GSTL having a different ticket but not this...

- 2012.07.16 I must agree with the general sentiment here. Having a premium plus account should be enough to watch any of your products. If the case was otherwise, why would I pay for the service? Gouging your customers such that only those paying for the most expensive option are able to watch is not a sound business model. While I can readily appreciate what GOMTV does for e-sports, I must say that I continue to be disappointed, both by the low broadcast quality of the streams, as well as the lack of innovation and new content provided. Considering the paying customer base of the GSL, it is rather odd and quite disheartening that they are consistently outdone in the international scene by free to watch tournaments such as Dreamhack and the NASL. Hopefully GOMTV can follow the example of smaller tournaments and use their resources to update their content and add new features, or I'm sad to say that they will slowly lose their market share. I for one see no reason to continue to support an organization that shows so little interest in giving back. I've bought almost every season up until now, but I doubt I'll be renewing my membership here.

- 2012.07.16 Please can we not have Wolf and Khaldor talking over the Koreans? Why does Wolf and Khaldor have to cast EVERYTHING at Gom... The Korean stream is more entertaining because they're not just doing the same old cast and are instead trying to guess who the player is based on their builds. This is such an awesome show but it's a shame that Wolfdor has to ruin yet another stream. I'm seriously sick of It would be so easy to just restream the Korean broadcast without getting some gimps to talk over it... I REALLY hope the Youtube VODs will still be the Korean version... Please say that this is the case... Otherwise the show just isn't as fun, especially because Khaldor sucked last week.
