I like Learn Korean feature but I think they should teach us more. (perhaps taste of it on broadcast and more of it on free vods). I think it would be great promotion of Korea.

Well GomTv may be Korean but they claim Global Starcraft League. I am not saying they are doing zero on "global" part but I do feel they could do more to make it more global.

Overall I am happy and I am glad that they have GSL but I would really like to be able watch english casting for example on local tv. That would be huge in promotion of both Korea and Starcraft. I know not all countries has english as official language but still; at least try in USA or Australia or something. I understand it could be complicated but at least you could offer cable operators...who knows at least someone may be interested in it.

Keep up with Learn Korean :)

Wish the Koreans instead, like the rest of the world. Could learn English.

You should just go watch MLG then.  You get to watch Koreans playing in an American tournament there.  Unfortunately, GomTV, and in turn the GSL, is a Korean company hosting a Korean tournament for Koreans.  They're providing you a service -- which you do pay for -- where they find English-speaking casters so that you can keep up with the real men in the SC2 scene.  And now you're complaining that they threw in a fun little part where you can learn how to say the units in Korean?  Fuck off.

Yeah... Tasteless only translated the interview last night, he must not understand Korean at all.

Somebody is translating for him via his earpiece, its common practice in a lot of TV productions.

Gratz to the South Koreans for not entirely submiting to American culture =)
It feels great that they're still some nice German, French, Russian, Chinese and ofc Korean casters out there...
Everybody in the world learns English, why don't Americans try to learn another language as well ?

But learning Korean is hard. It's even harder to learn Korean as an American than to learn English as a Korean.
Tasteless and Artosis are in SK for quite some years now and they still can't even remotely speak it ( Artosis knows few expressions and words, but never seen in engaging in a real discussion even at a very low level), , but I don't think they're really trying hard, specially Tasteless. In fact I find it a bit weird that Artosis will have a Korean child and can't even speak Korean yet...
Hope he will try harder for him and his wife.
Tasteless too... I mean it must be so weird to live in a country for years and understanding almost nothing of what people are speaking about.

So English is American culture now, not like it is spoken in a number of other countrys or even where it came from.
