First, click on the down arrow next to your GOMtv.net nickname, displayed at the top right of the page. Then click on the “Purchase History” button to verify your ticket purchase history. Make sure that the name of the league displayed in your purchase history matches the name of the league you are trying to watch.
If you believe you have purchased a ticket but do not see the item in your purchase history, make sure that your purchase has not been credited to your other account (in case you have more than one account).
