they dont use triple edged sword because the Geneva convention signed a treaty with all countries on conditions of war, and one of them is not to have a sword with more than 2 edges. Thats because if you have a triple edge sword, the wound it makes would be hard to stitch

@eXhideous: The repetition is what killed the commentary for me. For weeks I haven't been listening to the audio. I just pop in some good album, turn off the sound of the VOD and enjoy.

anon, are you stupid ? Estoc swords have ZERO sharpened edges. Only the tip of the sword is used to penetrate armors and flesh.

Tempest has some great plays and Mensol did his best

I hope they stop making jokes in the middle of a game and start making some serious commentating instead. When Mensol did that unorthodox 3rd expand, they didn't even bother commenting on the effect that it might have later on in the game.

Well to be fair, I think it really depends on how exciting the game is. The games don't really offer much to comment on sometimes and I think they do a good job nonetheless.

Mensol tried to cut too many corners and should have learned his lesson by now with the dark templars. Tempest pretty much did the same thing 3 times in a row. That was pretty much it.

@ ahydra : I totally agree with you about the SDM commentary, he's repeating everything, if you haven't noticed it, he does it a lot, probably because he has a hard time finding his own words from time to time. but I still like him, he makes some fun stuff some times. and on the bad side is Tasteless' way of expressing himself. Man this game had me on the edge of my seat, the DTs that came behind the final rush of zealots was the iceing on the cake. Loved it!

His first two games were dodgy, but this was good play by Tempest. He made a good decision to go all-in with his first army/DTs to slow down Mensol as much as possible, meaning that he could secure another expansion and be ready for any counter-attacks. That combined with Mensol's decision to go muta instead of hydra made it an easy win for Tempest.

SDM's commentary, on the other hand, wasn't so great - he did little more than repeat his cliched phrases and agree with Tasteless... perhaps try three coffees next time? :)
