ish, if you still believe that crap about cholesterole... you should really look it up. Talk about being ignorant and uninformed.

ish.. you open a big can of worms talking about ignorance.. because being healthy, and having a good state of mind will 10000000000000000% make you play better... hense how some days you just really can't play at all. alot of things factor into how good you're able to play on any given day, but your physical fitness is definitely a factor. when you're working out and running and feeling good everything feels better, and you have a clear head. come on don't be a fucking moron

no offense but your comments about physical fitness is completely ignorant and uninformed. You don't have the medical qualifications to make such broad obtuse comments and as a hardcore gamer who was obese and now does mma and trains with weights regularly i can tell you it had no positive effect on my gaming whatsoever. Sure it might have had i been able to extend the length of a day several hours to incorporate my arduous training regime, but the simple fact of the matter is i was loosing 3+ hours a day while afk. Also julyzerg isn't necessarily any less healthy than either of the commentators, while his aesthetic appearance might be less than optimal his major organs for all we know are functioning flawlessly and he could even have lower cholesterole than his competitors.

Pro-Chess players train their bodies like for a triathlon. No real difference between chess and sc.

It's not about the weight, more of the physical health, which affects mental health! If ex-head coach of progamers says something helps, then it probably helps.

What they are trying to say is that SC isn't just a game you play and get good at. You must train your body and mind, because it is a battle of wits, endurance and strategy. Think about this: Everyone always talks about these guys APM (actions per minute). Now, all these pro gamers have great APM in the beginning, but once you get into the mid-game, their APM drops like 100 or something. It's hard to move your fingers that fast, but if you were in good shape, your hand wouldn't cramp up as fast, giving you a better APM into the mid and late-game.
