A new year, a new challenge! The 2012 GSL tour returns with its further improved format to bring you even more matches, a longer season and a more meaningful conclusion.
Especially look forward to our international contenders competing for a top spot in the GSL!
We are excited to begin the next chapter of the GSL legacy, tune in to witness history! GSL Season 1 will run from December 19th, 2011 until March 3rd, 2012.

We've revamped the original GSL format diagram to explain the format in chronological order.
(Not perfectly chronological but better than the original one :) )
Please note:
-Each season starts with Up & Down matches
-Code S group stages are played Bo. 3.
-The loser of each game gets to pick the next map.
-Code S Group Nomination occurs after Ro. 32.
